It's a daft restriction, but it's also trivially easy to set up a limited company -- the small business advisor at your local bank will probably be able to help you with it if doing it yourself through Companies House seems a bit daunting. I can do everything I want to from my ipad except for be notified when I get texts and respond to those texts. I know the jailbreak for the iPad 2 isn't out yet so I am waiting on that anyway, but is there a jailbroken app that allows me to forward texts from my phone and respond with my iPad. I'm using BiteSMS on my phone if that makes a difference.

If you aren't buying it now, then your only option is to wait. When you have the money, then take a new look at the buyer's guide to see if there are any new news about the ACD.

It's going to be a 27", 1 TB Drive - that's where I'm at now. The question is the same old question, so I apologize for that in advance. But this will be my first real Mac computer, I already have iPhone and iPad.

I put on order for the i7 and the 2Gig Video Card, would this machine handle somewhat serious gaming within 2 years time frame,
The 6970 card is 2 years old, since it can handle current games fairly decently, it will definitely not in 4 years (it would make it a 4 year old card).

I don't believe that it was a mistake that u got the 16GB version, either. Keep that, he won't send you the right one.
I find it really sad that some people rely on such unfair methods to 'earn' the money from honest folks.

history will look back and focus on the day Apple got into bed with Intel as being the turning point for Apple computer sales. market share has been steadily on the rise since then.
The funny thing is that I'm one of those people that was convinced that once Apple was able to run Windows XP, I could buy a Mac. So, I bought one, loaded WinXP thru Bootcamp and the only time I use it is for my taxes.
I thought I'd need office, but it wasn't long before I just bought a copy of OfficeMac 2004 and I've never looked back. I haven't booted into XP since last Oct 15th. Go figger.

Just got htis yesterday :) Should be interesting to play - only had 10 minutes to try last night.
One thing that bothers me is that this game is rated for age as 3+ and one of the mentors is described as "Smart and Sexy" Am I being a bit too much of a prude here? I dunno.
lol just a lil ;) But how the hell could a 3 year old understand how to play the gane? It requires quite of bit of planning and thinking to avoid going bankrupt, especially if you put it in FULL mode where you gotta buy and sell stocks...

I was assured by the Verizon rep who activated my phone and added the data, that if I were to upgrade to another 3G smartphone down the line that my unlimited data would be grandfathered, now when it comes to 4G LTE, no I don't get unlimited of that. The only part of my plan they weren't sure would get grandfathered if I upgraded is the 5GB tethering/hotspot allowance.

"This person's contract expires February 10, 2013, but they love their device so much they never come in and purchase another device. It is amazing. It seems like just yesterday I was excited about our team getting time on the Japanese Earth Simulator. Now, as we're getting proposals together for Blue Waters, we need to show our code performance would scale to thousands of cores-- it's like having a dedicated Earth Simulator of our own.
I also love the line on having the power to predict the path a tornado would take. I think someone at IBM is BS'ing on that one. Even if the numerical schemes and parameterizations were up to the task (which they aren't), I bet the computational power would have to be much greater.

I'm making a new start and would like to pursue a passion of mine that's been put on the burner for some time now which is music production. Is there a relatively cheap intermediate level USB keyboard that I can get to learn programming music on? I don't want one of those 108 keys that span across my desk but more a mini one. I'm into progressive/deep house music.

It would also be interesting to see if the person who had it kept the HD - It is unlikely, but it could have an early development build of Mac OS X Installed - as even back then Apple had Internal Builds for Prototypes to handle all the extra I/O.

Yeah, craigslist is up and down. I am selling some of my camera equipment on there and get a ton of emails, but a lot of them are really low offers. I don't mind them, but I laugh when people get upset when I say no.

Has anyone been able to use the "FixIt" feature that they demo'd? When I make a mistake and it gets red-underlined, I can right click on it and choose "Show Fix It�" but nothing happens...
